Customer Service - How Should You Handle Customer
Hahaa camla aku nak bagi tutorial ker ataupun sesi pengajaran ker kan.. tak ada maknanya...just nak share experience aku yang jadi penghutang tegar nie melayan mamat customer service yang bagi aku ala-ala tak ada adab kaedahnya.... dari segi suara dan slang dia aku sure bukan la bangsa aku....tapi bangsa lain...weh racist ker..idok ler..aku rasa bangsa aku ni pun ada gak kelaku kerek cam gitu....
Untuk memudahkan cerita aku wat dialog je lah (biasa la kan trademark...tak reti nak karang ayat)...kui ku i ku..

Setelah lima kali panggilan haku bolayan sepanjang hari akhirnya ku hangkat...
Haku : Hello... CS : Hello...can i speak to Azi (mumbling cam la nama aku susah nau nak sebut...lum abih sebut lagik aku dah reply)
Haku : Yes...speaking..
CS : Mem this bla bla bla (okey yer rakan-rakan lain kali kalau dapat call dari mana CS or Customer Servie..please take note their name....aku selalu memang tak take note pun tapi sebab semalam haruslah lepas nie kene take note yer)
Haku : Yes...
CS: Mem your credit card is 2 months overdue la mem...
Haku : Oh...okey...
CS : When can you make payment a mem
Haku : Hmmm give me till this 28
CS : Cannot la mem its too long.... you promise us last week you want to make payment
Haku : Well..i don't have any money...actually my husband will do the payment....
CS : Your husband aa mem...mem its your name you know..if you don't make any payment i have to submit your name to Bank Negara.. (disaat ini aku dah ala-ala cam hangin..sikit tapi masih dengan suara control)
Haku : Its okey la..do what you have to do
CS : No la mem..you promise us you want to make payment last week (lagi di ulang)
Haku : I did not make any promise... I say maybe...might be...... What can I do.... I already told you I don't have any money.... by this 28 my husband will do the payment.
CS : Its too late aa mem....i only can give you by Wednesday only if not i have to submit your name to Bank Negara (lagikkkkk diulangggg...tak ke mengong 28 tue kan ke Khamis...satu hari jekkk )
Haku : Whateva...do what you have to do....
CS : If you name is submitted ...you cannot do any loan to any bank aaa mem..it will embarras you, you know (w.t.f........ saper ko nak ckp cam gitu la pulak)...
Haku : Anything..you do what you have to do.... i've told you already just now
CS : In that case mem I'll submit your name....... (tak abih cakap lagik)
Haku : Whateva..... (haku terus letak)
Well mungkin ada part salah aku la kan lambat bayo...tapi perlu ker Customer Service tue main ugu-ugut pulak cam gitu. Memang la CC tue haku punya...memang la haku patut kene bayo...tapi dah tentu-tentu la bank ko tue kalau lambat bayar interest caj melambung-lambung.... dah aku tak ada duit, nak bayo ngan aper..daun ker...
Udah ku kata nak bayar 28hb pun idok ker dia reti reti bahasa.....hish...sakit jiwa....

CS : Hello..boleh cakap dengan Pn. Azimah
Haku : ye saya..
CS : Puan..saya dari bla bla bla.... nak tanya pasal payment kereta puan lah
Haku : ha..camni..28hb nanti suami saya bayar..
CS : Ohh..okey lah macamtue sebab payment puan dah overdue nieh, saya bagi tempoh sampai 28hb yer puan..
Haku : ye ye..nanti saya cakap dengan suami saya...
CS : Terima kasih puan....
Walaupun irritating sebab call mintak hutang (kah kah kah..) ....tapi tak ada la haku sakit hati sangat cam caller no. 1 tadi tue.... walaupun terlambat bayar...tapi cara cakap dan mintak utang tue tak ada la haku rasa menyampah...
Bukan la niat haku nak buka pekung kat dada mengatakan haku nie banyak hutang... bukan tak bayo pun cuma lewat jek....(aku rasa orang lain pun cam haku jugak kot ehehehe...).... for those yang keje frontliner nieh....CS ker receptionist ker....you bring the company name you know..if you don't treat your customer properly..... teruk lah weh.. i know la..aku pun ada experience jugak keje as a frontliner nieh..nak menghadap customer-customer yang ala-ala tak paham dan hampeh...bukan tak penah, aku paham...tapi still tak ada pulak haku nak main ugut-ugut or buat muka..or marah-marah.......
Eerr..aku salah ker dia salah..pepepun...hati dah sakit kan....geram nyer pasal sebab main ugut-ugut nieh....
